Lance means well. I know he does. He's trying to encourage his many readers to stop by our blog and have a look see. We're still relatively new kids in the blogosphere and well, we do appreciate the attention.
Do you think though, that Lance's readers are going to want to stop by again after being promised a second helping of THIS?
"Free second helpings on the lutefisk if you tell them Lance sent you" he wrote on his blog. Can you even tell the lutefisk from the rest of the whatever on this plate?
Georgia, are you still there? You'll be back won't you? David? Jennifer? Blue Girl? ANYONE??????
Lance, what were you thinking? I don't even think I could get Vidal to eat this.
Vidal? You come back here!
~ Connie
Well, I know lutefisk when I see it (and I'll see it next for dinner on Christmas Eve) but that doesn't mean I want a second helping!
Anyway, who needs cod inducements to stop by?

Ain't I a stinker?

I think Lance merely wanted us all to stop by for a heapin' helpin' of your Lutefisk hospitality just so HE wouldn't have to eat any....
I'm sure it's deliiiiiightful, but I'm already chocked full o' cod with my husband's family's Bacala...

I don't need lutefisk, just an occasional wee poem or thought-provoking post. I do hope the All-Girl-All-Kazoo Band survives this travesty. Who'd want to miss the shrilling of "Jingle Bells" on multiple kazoos? Have you considered adding a bell choir?

Oh....I'm here....
Even though I have food allergies I'm pretty neutral about what others eat.
Hey, I used to be married to a Jamaican man who thought that beer and sweetened condensed milk -- yes, mixed -- was a delightful beverage. My granny used to make parsnip wine. Need I say more?
I do, however, want to know more about the all-girl kazoo chorus. The mind boggles.
Now I must go complete preparations for our annual open house, where I'm serving three kinds of soup, salad, bread, beverages, and store-bought desserts. If you're available between 12 and 2 p.m. EST, join us!!
Love to all...

Hi Georgia,
We'll be there in spirit!

I'll keep reading your blog as long as you don't send me that lutefisk for my next birthday.
