Have you heard about the death of Esmin Green, a psychiatric patient who died on the floor of the hospital while guards and nurses looked on? I wrote about it on my blog and so have some other people.

It sounds like you might have a case for negligence, but fraud? Why would a rich doctor doing hundreds of easy surgeries a year agree to do a risky surgery, let alone encourage it?
